Our Founder
Callan Consulting Engineers was founded by Dave Callan in 2021. Dave was thoughtful, methodical, and decisive—a passionate engineer, an enthusiastic early adopter of technology, and above all, a champion for the people he worked with. He cared deeply about every client and every employee.
After Dave’s passing in 2025, his legacy continues through the people and principles he instilled in the firm. Today, CCE is proudly led by Julia Ingersoll, President, and Dan McJacobson, Managing Partner.
We remain committed to the values Dave built the company on: excellent engineering, genuine collaboration, and caring for real people with real problems—treating those problems as our own, and solving them with purpose.
